At HTMC (Herson Technical Management & Consulting), we believe every successful brand begins with the people behind it. Founded by Holly Herson, BA, COA, CPC-A, CEP—an American health care policy expert, consultant, writer, and coach—HTMC blends industry knowledge with a deeply human-centered approach. Holly will be graduating in the spring of 2026 with her Master of Public Administration degree from Northeastern University and is actively applying for PhD programs to continue research in her field.
